All night burners combine a fireplace fret, bottom grate, ash pan and operating tool. The flow of air through the grate can be adjusted, allowing the temperature of the fire to be controlled.

A drop-down front covers the bars of the fire. This system enables the user to set the fire to either to burn brightly when needed or slowly overnight, never going out.
